And she’s going through a very difficult time

A few weeks ago, she told me her father had to be hospitalized due to an accident at work

I helped her with medical expenses, but unfortunately, he didn’t make it

He was the primary earner for the family, and without him, the family is struggling a lot

But my followers raised $575 USD for them last night

My heart is full knowing they are in a new city, new school, her mom has a new job, and they have enough money now to hold them over till the first paycheck comes in <3

Today, my happy moment was not my own…

Rather, I’m celebrating my brother Munib, who is six years younger than me but just opened his 3rd business MashAllah

I pray that God blesses his efforts infinitely and gives him so much happiness & success—iA ameen

This is one of the most beautiful parts about having a big family

And vice versa…

Celebrated my moms birthday with a low key brunch at home— nehari for breakfast always hits the spot

Then, mama took over watching lily.

I went home, napped, and then went on a date night with Naush.

We tried Jin Korean BBQ in Houston for the first time and it’s officially my favorite kbbq of all time

Saw my best friend and Lilys bestie after 2 weeks of being quarantined — and celebrated the first day of the year together

Amna did the most beautiful party setup for our girls outside, with confetti and sparklers and a tea party and a piñata and more…

Lilys Nani tested negative finally—and finished her quarantine period—so they were finally able to see eachother

Re-United with my baby after several extremely difficult days of dealing with Covid-19

Omicron has been no joke, despite getting vaccinated and a booster.
