Ramadan is the holy month of fasting for Muslims, but because we can’t eat all day, food becomes even more important.
Many of us think about what we will have for iftar (the meal at sunset used to break the fast) all day, but knowing what to make is not always easy.
I don’t cook too often, but this Ramadan, I’m challenging myself to cook every day.
